Homburg Rentals
Homburg Rentals is proud to develop quality, safe, and affordable housing solutions to the residents of HRM with two key partners, The Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing (DMAH) and the East Coast Credit Union (ECCU).
DMAH partners with private developers and community housing groups to encourage and help fund the construction of new affordable housing. The program’s end beneficiaries are low to moderate-income Nova Scotian households having difficulty finding housing at a price they can afford.
Additionally, the invaluable collaboration with ECCU has been pivotal in our mission to expand affordable housing options in the region. Their dedicated support and financial backing have been instrumental in the successful completion of key projects, including the significant 22 Brule Street development. ECCU’s commitment to fostering community growth through sustainable housing solutions has greatly contributed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This strong and dynamic partnership underscores our shared goal of providing homes that not only meet the highest standards of safety and affordability but also drive positive, long-term impacts on our community.”
