22 Brule St will be completed by spring 2025 and will have one-bedroom & studio units. 5 of the units will be wheelchair accessible.
The building will have an on-site resident manager, a secure entrance, an elevator, and coin-operated washers and dryers. Each unit will include a fridge, stove & built-in microwave. It will be a strictly no-smoking building, and there will be no parking available.
The units are considered affordable and potential tenants will have to meet certain criteria during the application process. We will be completing income verification, credit history, and previous landlord checks.
29 units will be designated as “Tier 1-Affordable” and are considered public housing at $795.00 per month (including water). To qualify for this rate the potential tenant(s) must demonstrate a maximum household income of $55,000.00 per year to qualify during the application process.
19 units will be designated as “Tier 2-Market” at $1,395.00 per month (incl. water). During the application process, the potential tenant(s) must demonstrate a maximum household income of $65,000 per year to qualify during the application process.
